WHO CAN APPLY + HOW WE’LL SELECT
Open to vacation rental owners, age 18+, or those authorized to submit on an owner’s behalf. Properties must currently operate as a vacation rental or be actively preparing to launch.
This is not a random drawing. After applications close, LuxeSource Studio will review eligible properties and select one based on project fit, design opportunity, transformation potential and the potential for the Audit to make a meaningful impact.
We’re not looking for the “best” or “worst” property—and size, value or nightly rate won’t determine who is selected. We’re looking for a property where a fresh design perspective could uncover meaningful opportunities.
